Welcome to Pinpoint Marketing, LLC’s website. By using our site and booking a cruise, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All times listed are Hawaii Standard Time (HST).

1. Terms and Conditions

Services

We offer boat cruises departing from the following boat harbor.

*Service availability may vary based on weather, tides, and capacity limits.

For guests participating in tours that include snorkeling

  • To join the snorkeling activity, you must be able to swim approximately 15 meters (16 yards) while wearing a life jacket and without using fins

Early Bird Discount

Guideline
  • Reservation must be made at least 45 days before the tour date
  • Payment is finalized at the time of booking. Cancellations and date changes are not permitted

Protection Plan (Optional)

  • Give yourself peace of mind by adding a protection plan that allows you to cancel your reservation up to 2hrs before the tour's scheduled start time
  • Non‑refundable: The cost of the Protection Plan itself is non-refundable, even if you cancel your reservation
  • Cancellation Policy For Inclement Weather: 100% refund *This policy applies when we determine that the tour must be canceled prior to its start due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather

Use of Discounts and Promotions

  • Multiple discounts cannot be used at the same time

Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or under the influence. Safety is our priority.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, and media on this website are owned by Pinpoint Marketing, LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.


Other Information

Requirements for Minors' Participation

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Recommendation for Travel Insurance

While we take great care to ensure our guests' safety, we strongly recommend that international visitors obtain travel insurance before departure for added peace of mind.


2. Cancel Policies

If participation in the tour becomes impossible due to transportation issues such as aircraft or ships, or due to force majeure events like strikes, cancellation fees will still apply according to our cancellation policy, except in cases with valid justification.

Kaneohe Sandbar Snorkeling Tours and Private Cruises

1 - 8 Passengers

100% charge if canceled after 12:00 pm 2 days prior or no show.

9 - 24 Passengers

50% charge if canceled after 12:00 pm 14 days prior.

100% charge if canceled after 12:00 pm 7 days prior.

25 Passengers And More, Catamaran Charter

50% charge if canceled after 2 months prior

100% charge if canceled after 1 month prior

Waikiki / Ko Olina Private Cruises

Cruise Fee

Any cancellations made after noon of 2 days prior to the tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge of the total amount of the tour.

*Holiday Rate
A holiday rate of 20% will be applied for charters booked on designated holidays. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day

A La Carte Food Options

*Lunch, Charcuterie Board, and Cake

Any cancellations made after noon of 2 days prior to the tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge of the total amount of the tour.

Chef on Board

8-14 Days Prior to Charter: 15% of the total optional fee is non-refundable.

7 Days or Less Prior to Charter: 40% of the total optional fee is non-refundable.

Within 3 days of Charter: 75% of the total optional fee is non-refundable.

Special Optional Orders

The rates and the cancellation policy for the special optional orders should be determined each time depending on the customer's request.

Paid Transportation Service

Not refundable after noon 2 days before the tour regardless of the reason including cancellation due to inclement weather.

Cancellation Policy For Inclement Weather

This policy applies when we determine that the tour must be canceled prior to its start due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather.

Chef on Board

In the event that the Captain must cancel the charter due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, 75% of the total optional fee is non-refundable. In such cases, we offer the following options at no additional charge:

- Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule the charter to a mutually agreeable date
- In-Slip Dining: If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide an in-slip dining experience
- Chef's Delivery: If rescheduling is not possible, our chef can provide a dining experience at your hotel or residence

Protection Plan 100% refund
Late arrival at the meeting Point

If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point by the designated time on your tour date, you will not be able to participate in the tour. In such cases, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to safety or operational issues. If we cancel, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

3. Privacy Policy

Pinpoint Marketing, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our websites under the domain cptbruce.com .
