Ash Scatter Package

Flower Petal Basket & Ash Scatter Certification $80

The certificate will include the deceased's name, the latitude and longitude of the scattering site, and the captain's name.

Restrictions

Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Smoking is prohibited on our boat.
Drinking in the United States begins at the age of 21. In addition, you cannot participate in snorkeling after drinking alcohol.
Please be advised that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the plan may change without prior notice.

Cancellations

Cruise Fee	Any cancellations made after noon of 2 days prior to the tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge of the total amount of the tour.
A La Carte Food Options (Lunch, Charcuterie Board, and Cake)	Any cancellations made after noon of 2 days prior to the tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge of the total amount of the tour.
Chef on Board	8-14 Days Prior to Charter: 15% of the total optional fee is non-refundable. 7 Days or Less Prior to Charter: 40% of the total optional fee is non-refundable. Within 3 days of Charter: 75% of the total optional fee is non-refundable.
Special Optional Orders	The rates and the cancellation policy for the special optional orders should be determined each time depending on the customer's request.
Paid Transportation Service	Not refundable after noon 2 days before the tour regardless of the reason including cancellation due to inclement weather.

Cruise Fee	100% refund.
Chef on Board	In the event that the Captain must cancel the charter due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time, 75% of the total optional fee is non-refundable. In such cases, we offer the following options at no additional charge: - Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule the charter to a mutually agreeable date. - In-Slip Dining: If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide an in-slip dining experience. - Chef's Delivery: If rescheduling is not possible, our chef can provide a dining experience at your hotel or residence.
Paid Transportation Service	Not refundable.

While this specific plan has a set start time of 9:00 am, we have custom cruise options that offer more flexibility in scheduling.

Our private boat cruises are only for your group. You will not be mixed with other groups.

Can I see whales?

As humpback whales spend time in the waters around Hawaii from around December to March, the chances of seeing them during this period are high. However, as they are wild animals, we cannot guarantee sightings. Thank you for your understanding.
