Great staff poor tour
Of course it was my mistake for choosing it but this coment is to help other people decide. If you never snorkeled or not now how to swim and want to have a first experience is great. And staff was mazing and helpfull all the time. The turtles were there so we got that covered. If you have experience and know how to swim, you Can see much more and free in sharks cover for example.
I repeat staff was awesome.

Not our cup of tea
The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We loved them. The weather was poor (which we know they canβt help) but honestly the excursion should have been cancelled. It was very cold, windy, foggy and the water was extremely choppy. It was a little miserable having to just sit on the boat, freezing and waiting for the trip to end. We did see fish and turtles through the murky water, and if this is a first time for you on a boat or to see wildlife then that might have overshadowed the bad weather for you. I wish we would have realized that being on the east side of the island was going to subject us to these types of weather conditions. Again, staff was great and they made the best out of an unideal situation.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
There were 2 Capt Bruce tour boats that went out simultaneously. Once at the location, we had to wait for an hour before we could go snorkeling (my sole purpose for going), because the passengers from the other boat were going first. That really made me angry, that I was supposed to go do something else (that I had no desire to do) while we waited for the other group to go back to their boat. FALSE ADVERTISING. I would never have paid $120 (Kamaaina) if I knew that we were only going to be snorkeling for 45 minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
The female crew member who spoke Japanese was professional, informative, and helpful. Go girl.
There were lots of turtles hiding in the reef, which was very cool to see. I also found a spotted moray eel and a mantis shrimp.

Have some shortcomings
When we got off the ship, we were told by a lady crew that my family could only have one floating board, you know, there were five people in my family, and we paid for four people. How do we distribute one floating board for five people? After I communicated repeatedly, the lady still refused me, and there were idle floats on board.

accommodate and give everyone a chance to use the boards. Normally, 1 board per family,
There's also a time limit so everyone have a chance to enjoy it.
Not worth the money
Paying $130 per person, for just 40 min paddle boarding and 40 min snorkeling around. The tour was pretty crowded, and they circled a limited area to stay within, so basically we could hit other personβs paddle board, and I got someoneβs feet just in front of me when snorkel. And they urged us to come back when we feel just started. Regarding the drink and snack, I did not get any snack because a group of people were sitting in front of this small snack table and basically eat them all, and they did not refill and left the snack tray empty. Also they just got limited hot water, without refill. This is not a tour worthing the money.

Aloha, I'm so sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. I know it seems crowded but for safety purposes both captain and crew make sure that every guest onboard is able to keep an eye on them. Especially for the non-swimmer. As far as the snacks, they're doing the best they can to refill it. Sometimes, other guests take more than what they are supposed to have, we sincerely apologize for not being quick enough to refill the snacks.
