The employees were so sweet and such cool people they really make you feel comfortable and encourage you to have a great time. Please always tip them! They deserve it!! These memories that were created are priceless. I was also having a hard time finding my bus for pick up and people on the phone were very helpful! I am terrible with directions but person on the phone and bus driver were really sweet about making sure I got on the bus to make the tour

Booked through Captain Bruce. I chose the first tour at 9am and was picked up from Hilton Hawaiian Village at 730am. The tour included snacks such as spam musubi, chips, drinks, water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Their guides were so helpful, so kind. They even volunteered to take pic or videos of us.

I told my guide, Casey, that I didn't know how to swim. He said it was ok and that he would guide me though the entire thing. Everyone was required to wear a life vest while snorkeling. He guided me though my snorkeling, pointing out the fishes and turtles 🐢 so I wouldn't miss them. There were many times water went into my mask. He lifted my mask for me to remove the water.

From the sandbar, I was able to view Kualoa Ranch, the place where Jurrasic Park, Jumanji and Lost were filmed. I also saw Gilligan's Island.

It was such a memorable experience and I will surely do it again.

I was on the blue boat yesterday, the Capitan and the team did a great job. We saw so many turtles and we swam with turtles. I never realized these are such wonderful creature in the ocean. The experience was out of the world!

I really enjoyed this tour. Unfortunately, the water didn’t go under the sand at that time, because of rain. But I loved paddle boarding and snorkeling. The water was clear and saw the very turtle and regular sized turtles, also colorful fishes amazed me. I’m not a good swimmer, but Rico, the captain helped me nicely, I had such a wonderful experience. The team of Rico, Kate and Kevin is nice combination, they are fun and I had a great time. I had a great time snorkeling there. I went there alone and can’t swim but I really wanted to snorkel so I booked a tour because the sandbar looks amazing I couldn’t resist that. At first I was really nervous even though i have life vest on but still so I told all the staff that I came alone and I can’t swim could you please keep an eye on me and i would like to follow you snorkeling I’m nervous to go alone. I ended up hold on the lifeguard rescue tube all the time while Crystals (one of the staffs) leads us snorkeling that day hold on the other end lol. it was amazing experience. I’m glad I did it and I would always recommend to everyone. All the staff that days taking the best care of me and help me taking pictures. The water was super clear and pretty calm in the morning. I saw many turtles and fishes. Definitely will go back when I get to visit Hawaii
