The trip was great. Convinced my wife to try snorkeling and she loved it. Snorkeling around the reef and had turtles come up within a couple of feet. Best bet is to book this direct so you can utilize provided transportation. It is about an hour from Waikiki and round trip Uber is at least 100 dollars. You can also paddleboard or just float around on the sandbar. Crew was great!

We had an excellent trip with a great crew! This was our second experience booking Captian Bruce's Kaneohe Sand Bar tour and we would definitely come back again. The view looking back at the Ko'olau Mountains is spectacular! The crew is friendly, well informed and prepared to show everyone a great time. The most memorable crew mate was Josanna, she is really kind and has a positive attitude.

Great time out in the sandbar and snorkeling. The staff were friendly, attentive and made sure we all had a great time and saw a lot of turtles and fish.

We loved chatting with the captain and crew. They talked a lot about the area and what we would see. I saw them guiding the more experienced snorkelers and helping those who had never done it before. Everyone, of all skill levels, wound up seeing turtles and fish -- so a very successful outing!

Navi is soooooooo nice and helpful. She always guide us to find and see turtle and fishes. 5 star comments to her professional and patient. Another shorter guy is also very warm-hearted. Unfortunately, the tallest guy attitude is so …impolite .He even did not allow Navi to guide us. He only play himself,no guide anyone. It is quite rude. Seems like do not like this job!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We loved them. The weather was poor (which we know they can’t help) but honestly the excursion should have been cancelled. It was very cold, windy, foggy and the water was extremely choppy. It was a little miserable having to just sit on the boat, freezing and waiting for the trip to end. We did see fish and turtles through the murky water, and if this is a first time for you on a boat or to see wildlife then that might have overshadowed the bad weather for you. I wish we would have realized that being on the east side of the island was going to subject us to these types of weather conditions. Again, staff was great and they made the best out of an unideal situation.

Kasey Karen & Capt Robin were outstanding. Kasey had a little boy following him around like a puppy dog. He was funny and so patient.

The team of Captain Bruce is amazing and extremely helpful. They made it a point to connect with everyone and ensured everyone was taken care of. The relationship of the team stood out as a testimony of true customer service and dedication. My husband and I had a fantastic time! We saw turtles and enjoyed the ability to be in the water and relax. This was my first time snorkeling and one of the girls really helped me. I cannot recommend them more! One of the best activities we have done on Oahu!

Captain Bruce and his crew were phenomenal. Very professional, safe, and patient! I was very impressed by the organization and how the crew (Sydney and another female) were able to keep everyone having fun and safe (20 or so people with kids). We had a child that had little to no listening skills the would not put on a life vest and the parents were listening to the child more than the crew, I thought the crew handled it perfectly by putting the vest on the child even when he didn’t want it. The location at the sandbar was beautiful and the tour guides/crew were amazing at keeping everyone safe as well as letting them enjoy time time off the boat everywhere. The snorkeling was great, again safety was stressed and communication was great. Even when they encountered some jelly fish. Over all I would recommend this company to anyone!

I visit Hawaii very often but but as a non swimmer, i always afraid to try snorkeling until i do a sandbar tour, our captain Robin make me comfortable enough to try it and it turn out the best experience in this trip. Thank you so much Robin and the crew
