From making reservations at the office to notifications via emails on the details to actual pick up, smooth and efficient! Kaplan provided many good recommendations for the restaurants to eat local Hawaii cuisine while Captain Jeff and his crew members are very friendly and supportive. Most of all, encounters 10 turtles within 30 minutes span are enchanting.
