We enjoyed our morning with Alan, Karen and Miranda. They all spent time talking with the passengers. They were very responsive to those that needed assistance. They were very genuine in their interactions. We are older adults and all felt very safe. I would highly recommend going on a tour with Captain Bruce.

The tour was well prepared and the snacks there were good. Miranda is amazing who helped us take a couple of fantastic photos. She even made my day even before the journey started by recognizing my island cloth (I must say she has a really good taste of clothes). The Japanese speaking lady has really nice personality and she is friendly. Most importantly, the lady captain, she taught me how to stand up on a paddle!!!!! And guided us to a zone of Love shape. It was a great experience and good view.

Capt Bruce provides a super impressive trip for us. Chris did an awesome for our snorkeling session, he guided us to see turtles and all kinds of fishes, he even helped to swim around and drag us since I don’t know how to swim. Definitely worth the time!

Overall experience
I was so happy to spend my birthday with my friends and family at the sandbar. The tour left on time and we had a solid 3 hours at the sandbar. There was an opportunity to snorkel, paddle board, float, and more! The only complaint I have is that I wish the tour was longer! We had such a blast.

Professionalism of staff, service standards
The staff were very accommodating and supportive. My mom is scared of snorkeling in deep water, but somehow one of the crew members convinced her to go snorkeling off the sandbar. He stayed with her the whole time and made her feel safe and comfortable. She was able to see fish swarm around her and a handful of turtles!

Quality of equipment, facilities, safety
Everything from the boat to the snorkels available for use were of good quality. The floating island on the sandbar of paddle boards, floats, and giant paddle boards were all in great shape and were kept nice and clean. The crew all participated in correct safety measures and ensured all the guests were safe whether on or off the boat.

Quality of food & beverage if any
This tour offered snacks, but you are welcomed to bring on your own coolers with food and drink. We decided to bring on our own food and drinks and were able to access them all day. I feel like on most tours you are not allowed to bring anything on, so it was nice to be able to save money and bring on your own food to enjoy (especially if you have any dietary restrictions).

Staffing call outs
Captain Robin and team were great! They all were in the water helping guests with their floats and paddle boards and were really creating a great guest experience. We would definitely use Captain Bruce again!

It was a wonderful experience! If you know the story of Cristie, then you would love to try this tour. Her first water tour experience (scary isn’t it? nah.) They hold your hand and guide you especially if it is your first time in the water. My friend Cristie enjoyed it as much as I did. I thought she was missing and I kept looking for her, turns out she was watching the reef and fascinated on it. Overall, would recommend to my friends and family. Mahalo!

The Crew were Excellent. Even before we board it felt like it wasn’t a typical type of day trip tour. When everyone will just listen and follow what the guide says, gives you time to explore. All that tourist stuff.

It felt like you are cruising with friends. Not someone who just want to get over the trip/work and do what they have to do. The time spent maybe less but we had fun. Trevor and Kevin were very accommodating and true gentlemen.

Keven, even took an extra mile to assist one of our friends snorkeling because she was afraid.

Trevor, when I told him I dropped my go pro while snorkeling. He handled it very calmly and did not turn me down. That was amazing how he explained what are the chances of finding it and the situation.

To my surprise they called the same day and told me they found it! That was AMAZING!!! The integrity of the people who work, taking time to look for it and returning. Says a lot how Honest and great company they are.
