We had nearly 20 people in our group and the staff, experience, and equipment were excellent. We truly appreciated the light-hearted nature of the staff but very much appreciated the focus on safety and education; the snacks, drinks and food were great as well. The visit to the sandbar was amazing and we cannot thank the staff enough for guiding us and ensuring that everyone including the kids had a great time! We will definitely use Captain Bruce in the future when we come back to Oahu!

The trip was great.
The cost is reasonable for anyone using the shuttle service. However we did not need the shuttle service and I wish there had been a cost reduction on the price of the trip for those not utilizing the shuttle service.

I been snorkling twice in Hawaii. First off, I am not a great swimmer. My first time Snorkeling I didn't wear a lifevest so not a great start. My second time snorkeling I did wear a lifevest but I felt on my own. Let me tell ya, going on this tour was great. I told one of the staff I was not a great swimmer and for sure my son is using a Zayak (google it). Once we started I held on to the Zayak while one of the staff held on to the Zayak on the other side and basically pulled us around the reef. All I had to do was look in the water and hold on. The staff pointed out turtles and fish. My son and I enjoyed it very much. When I go back to Oahu I am booking AGAIN! Now thats out of the way, I wanted to mention the first part of the tour, which is the sandbar. My son loved it! They have zayaks, inner tubes, water blasters, paddle boards, kayaks, floating pool noodles, and more. We didn't bring any water toys and they had it all. The time we went there was no sand bar, the water was up to my knees and to my thighs. I think at low tide it would have been a sand bar but it didn't matter because my son had fun with the water blasters and me pushing him around while he was on a floatie and the paddle boards. It was perfect for us because it was a tour that wasn't going to take up our whole day or even half a day. It was also great to go on a boat ride where it wasn't bumpy to cause any motion sickness nor it wasn't so fast it was causing wind. The staff were incredible, they know their stuff, and also have a couple people who can speak Japanese which I never seen or heard before. This is literally on my list when I go back to Oahu, Mahalo to Cap Bruce and staff!!

Very attentive crew, captain pointed to turtles several times when snorkeling. I was saved away from the coral when sweep by the wind by another member. The Japanese girl is super nice too.

Staff is Responsible and helpful . Very professional team on board . Eating and drinking was awsome. Will recommend to others 100% .

There were 2 Capt Bruce tour boats that went out simultaneously. Once at the location, we had to wait for an hour before we could go snorkeling (my sole purpose for going), because the passengers from the other boat were going first. That really made me angry, that I was supposed to go do something else (that I had no desire to do) while we waited for the other group to go back to their boat. FALSE ADVERTISING. I would never have paid $120 (Kamaaina) if I knew that we were only going to be snorkeling for 45 minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The female crew member who spoke Japanese was professional, informative, and helpful. Go girl.

There were lots of turtles hiding in the reef, which was very cool to see. I also found a spotted moray eel and a mantis shrimp.
