Family Boat Rentals for Your Oahu Vacation

Have Fun and Create Unforgettable Memories on Your Private Boat Trip

Chartering a boat on Kane'ohe Bay Sandbar is one of the most unforgettable vacation experiences.

The Kaneohe Sandbar

The Kaneohe Sandbar is a unique and beautiful sandbar located in the middle of Kane'ohe Bay on the windward side of Oahu Island. It is only accessible by boat or kayak and stretches approximately 1 mile in length and spans 3 acres in width.

The view

The Kaneohe Sandbar offers stunning views of the Ko Olau range, which forms the backdrop of Kaneohe Bay. You can also see the Mokolii island, also known as Chinaman’s Hat, a small cone-shaped island off the coast. The sandbar is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Ocean activities

The sandbar is a great place to enjoy a variety of ocean activities. You can swim in the shallow water, which is usually one to two feet deep during our tour. If you want to try something new, this is the best place to try stand-up paddleboarding. You can also snorkel and see colorful fish and turtles, and you may even spot the graceful manta rays.

Kaneohe Sandbar Activities

Marine life

Hawaii's honu—green sea turtles—who are a protected species under federal and state laws, flock to the barrier-reef protected lagoon and Kane'ohe sandbar. Kane'ohe Bay is also home to a diverse range of marine life.
