What is the maximum number of people allowed on tour?

Kaneohe Sandbar Snorkeling Tour : Max 30 passengers. Up to two boats
Private Boat Charter : Max 6 passengers. Up to two boats - Speed Boat and Pontoon Boat

Our main priority is to ensure a fun and safe time out at sea.
In Hawai’i, the weather may change instantly, our captain holds the right to make the final call determining if conditions are safe for your group to enter the water for snorkeling.
We will contact you as soon as we decide to cancel the tour and we will either reschedule your reservation or refund the tour fee.
I'm looking for a fishing boat charter.
We do not offer the fishing charter. Our plans are designed for snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming or just relax & cruise on the Hawai’i ocean.
Can we bring a 5 month old?
Babies or toddlers are welcome to participate! Just keep your eye on your children.
We have life jackets for infants as well.
There is no age restriction. We have had guests from 4 month old to 92 years old in our history!
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Kaneʻohe Bay Sandbar Tours or Private Charters : Please use the bathroom on our catamaran boats.
Waikiki and Ko Olina Cruises Each boat has a bathroom.
What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations made after 2 days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

2 weeks before departure : 50% cancellation fee
1 week before departure : 100% cancellation fee
WAIKIKI and KO OLINA
Any cancellations made after 2 days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Customers will receive refunds in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
