Our team ranges from seasoned veterans to young individuals just starting their maritime careers. What they all share, however, is a desire to “deliver the best experience to our guests.” Supporting that passion is Captain Bruce’s unique and comprehensive training program.
New team members receive thorough one-on-one guidance from experienced senior staff. They learn a wide range of knowledge and skills over time, from boat handling and customer hospitality to emergency response.
Practical Training: Our ocean staff undergo extensive practical training on our boats, covering marine knowledge, vessel mechanics, and basic customer service.
Mentor System: Experienced veterans act as mentors, providing detailed advice and feedback during daily operations. This creates an environment where staff can immediately consult someone if they encounter any difficulties.
Career Advancement Support: We fully support employees who dream of becoming a captain someday! We offer comprehensive support for obtaining necessary certifications and actively provide opportunities to gain practical experience.
Seminar Participation: All staff regularly attend HR-related seminars, constantly updating their knowledge on the latest HR trends, legal compliance, and corporate governance. Our management team participates in Disney’s Leadership Seminars to deepen their practical learning in leadership and team building.
Boat Show: To stay ahead of the curve, we also send staff to the Florida Boat Show for training, where they experience the latest industry developments firsthand.

Attending CPR training
- CPR Class: All staff regularly attend CPR courses, training to respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
- Lifeguard Training: We constantly keep a watchful eye to ensure our guests can enjoy the ocean with peace of mind.
- Post-Operation Drills: We regularly conduct various drills simulating emergencies. We prepare for all possibilities, such as fires or situations requiring rescue, and confirm team coordination.
