Guests who are able to walk independently and are accompanied by an assisting companion are welcome to join our tour.
Please note that there are high steps when getting on and off the shuttle vehicle. Additionally, wheelchairs will be stored in the shuttle and cannot be brought onto the boat. We appreciate your understanding.
If you plan to arrive at the meeting point by rental car or other transportation, please make sure to contact us in advance.
Boarding the boat will involve crossing a gap between the dock and the boat. You will need to cross the gap between the dock and the boat to board. Please note that the height of the step may vary depending on the tide level.
Regarding restrooms:
The boat is equipped with a simple restroom that accommodates one person at a time. Speedboat and Pontoon boat are not equipped with restrooms, so we ask guests to use the facilities available on our larger catamaran boats.
