If your hotel is not on our pickup list, you are still welcome to use our free shuttle by making your way to the nearest pickup location.
Guests staying in the Ko Olina area (such as Four Seasons, Marriott Ko Olina, or Disney’s Aulani) often use our pickup locations at the Ala Moana Hotel or Prince Hotel Waikiki.
Guests staying at the Kahala Hotel are typically directed to the Waikiki Beach Marriott. If you plan to do some shopping after the tour, a pickup location in central Waikiki (such as DFS (T Galleria Hawaii)) may be a convenient option. Feel free to choose whichever works best for your plans.
We also offer a paid private transfer option. Simply select the paid transfer option on the booking form and enter your preferred pickup location in the Special Requests field.
