Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. The decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad-Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher & other sun protection measures: Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wear long sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses.

- Book online: When making your reservation, choose “Reef-safe sunscreen” under the “Booking Add-ons” section. You’ll receive your sunscreen from the staff on your tour day.
- On your tour: Sunscreen is also available for purchase on board. Please tell our staff and pay by credit card.
Sunscreen regulations in Hawaii
Hawaii prohibits the sale of sunscreens that contain ingredients harmful to coral reefs. At Captain Bruce, we care about protecting our beautiful ocean, so we only offer reef-safe sunscreen.
