We serve the caviar in the traditional, classic style to ensure you enjoy its flavor perfectly.
What We Provide:
- Caviar: Siberian Reserve Sturgeon Caviar.
- Serving Style: It comes with light Blinis (small pancakes), fresh Crème Fraîche (or sour cream), and fresh accents like minced Chives, Shallots, and Lemon wedges.
- Utensils: We provide non-metallic utensils (like Mother-of-Pearl spoons) to protect the caviar’s delicate taste.

The best drinks to pair with caviar are a very dry Champagne or chilled Vodka. Since all our charters are BYOB, you are welcome to bring your favorite bottle to match this luxurious moment!
