Guest Speaking at King Intermediate<\/h2>\n\n\n

We had the pleasure of guest speaking to a 7th grade CTE class at King Intermediate in Kaneohe. CTE, or Career and Technical Education, is a program designed to help students explore different career paths and make informed decisions about their futures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with Captain Alan, Captain Kekoa, and Hannah (a former substitute teacher), we shared our personal experiences and insights into the tourism and the maritime industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The students participated in a workshop where they created engaging social media posts to promote Captain Bruce’s tour using their own language. Additionally, we conducted a hands-on demonstration with Alan and Kekoa, teaching the students how to tie lines to cleats, a fundamental skill in boating. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
