Early Bird Discount Bookings (Campaign Price):
- A 100% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be issued.
Regular Rate Bookings:
- Until 2 days before departure at 12:00 PM: 0% cancellation fee
- After 2 days before departure at 12:00 PM: 100% cancellation fee
Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances which prevent you from participating, official documents (Such as doctor’s note or proof from airline, etc.) may be requested to be considered eligible for a refund
