Our primary concern is always the health and safety of our guests and crew. We have implemented the guidelines announced by the State of Hawaii to restart businesses and the guidelines published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by enhancing sanitization procedures and implementing additional measures for distance spacing and screening.
Temperature Check / COVID-19 Pre-Screening Form
Guests who have a fever (100.4 °F or more) or any other condition described in the COVID-19 Pre-Screening Form will not be allowed on board.
Face Coverings
Hand Sanitization
We ask that guests sanitize their hands before boarding, after water activities and before eating. We will provide hand sanitizer on the boat.
Social Distancing
We ask that guests on tours to maintain social distance from other guests when possible.
Crew will comply with the guideline of the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation (DOBOR) limiting boats with rated U.S. Coast Guard capacity of more than 10 to not exceed their rated capacity by more than 50%.
Crew will undergo temperature checks and health checks prior to starting their work.
Crew will sanitize their hands before boarding and regularly after boarding.
Crew will wear face masks during our tours and cruises. However they take off their face masks when they are assisting guests with water activities.
Crew will provide touch-point sanitization at least hourly.
Crew will conduct tours and cruises while maintaining social distance from guests.
